This bra seems to run a hair large in the cups, maybe about half a cup size. Band is TTS. As others have said, it definitely has lots of room for upper and inner fullness. I have tall roots and am FOT, but the lace doesn't quite lay flat on me, especially near the gore. However, it's not very noticeable. Although the smallness of my 28DD Marcie is barely noticeable, I much prefer the Izzy and its looseness. The Izzy gives me what I would call the "natural round basketballs" Marcie shape that the Marcie itself did not.
