    Didn't fit

This bra is super comfortable - no padding just a classic three section balcony cup.

The 28GG is my go to size for Cleo - the band is a true size 28 and fits very comfortably and firmly without feeling tight. The cup size is a little bit generous right through the nipple/deepest part of the cup and I found that the 28GG was perfect for my bigger breast and a bit big on my smaller breast. The smaller breast has a small amount of wrinkling towards the armpit where the lace meets the floral fabric but because the lace is so very thin I don't think the extra ... fabric will show under clothing at all.

The fitter suggested I try the 30G (I think she puts a few clients down a cup size for this bra) but I found that it cut in a bit in a bit along the top edge of the lace section and this was noticeably giving me quad boob on my bigger boob.

I took my usual size happily because unless I wear a very very tight knit tee (which I wouldn't do because it would show the 3 piece cup seams too) the extra fabric puckers in one cup won't be noticeable.

The print isn't my favourite - it's a bit young with a very pale off white "ballet" pink base covered in blue and hot pink flowers) but I thought the shape this bra gave me was lovely and naturally perky. It's a great basic balcony - the kind I'll reach for often in my drawer.

A cute detail in the bra's center: two layers ribbon bow and a hot pink miniture button sewn down on top.

I may have to try a 32F in this bra. The top lace portion wrinkles and I don't fill it out even after aggressively scooping and swooping. I also wore an extender to add an additional row, as it was just a bit too snug.
After wearing it for the day, I feel like I should try it in a smaller cup to really see if this bra works for me. I will say, it seemed promising.

    • Where did you find a Cleo Chloe?
      :)

    • 1

eBay. Maybe eBay UK. Can't remember which one.

    • I've always thought that was such a pretty bra!

I just love the way this bra looks! I think it is so pretty. I know others don't feel he same way about it. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

I got this from ebay and it was shipped damage so I was going to return it, but it does not really fit though anyways. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />

It is a tight band though for 38 so being a 36 that worked out in my favor. Even though my perimeter is 18.5 I can not fill this bra (16.75 my measurement). Its not horrendous but the cup is defiantly too large to wear the lacy flower embroidery of the top cup. It also seem to push breast outwards and not completely out front on me. If it wasn't damaged I probably would not have sent it back.

The cup of this bra fits absolutely perfectly. Lately I have been getting cutting in or gaping on the top of all soft cup bras. I love the cleo bras, but it's always one or the other (cutting in or gaping space). This bra has an amazing smooth line, I love it.

However, the band of this bra looks horrible when I wear it. The band has two hooks, which already can cause backfat problems. The band seems to made of basic elastic and cheap fabric, so my skin moulds around the two bands of elastic, and it creates the most unappealing backfat that shows up through everything. I ... have tried using an extender, but I lose support, and I have tried the tightest hook, and the problem doesn't change. I really don't like band fabric that has a lot of give. I find the fabric gives more than the elastic, and it doesn't hold my skin nice and flat. (Sorry if that's too much gross backfat information.) I prefer bands that don't give or stretch much- masquerade anise for example.

So for those reasons, I have a great fitting bra in the cup, but I never wear it because I have better options that don't leave me with bra lines under my clothes.

I thought I'd try this as it is known to run large. It does, but not enough to fit me. I was surprised that the band ran so tight. It fitted like a generous 34K in my opinion. It gives good uplift and a very upfront rounded shape, with a lot of projection. It felt comfortable when trying, but I'm not sure if having only two hook and eye closures woud prove uncomfortable in the long run, as I am sending it back.

Panache bras usually have cups that are too wide for my close set, full-on-top breasts, so that usually the center gore sits away from the sternum but there's empty cup under my arms where women with wider set breasts would need it. This bra, however, works perfectly for me. The center gore is flush against the sternum and doesn't come up too high, so it feels comfortable. The straps are let out all the way, versus how tightly I have to wear Freya bras, so some might find the straps too short for them. The band is only two hooks on a J cup instead of 3, and I find it to be quite stiff so I wonder if it's because they needed a stiff band to compensate for the thinness. Even though the band fits perfectly and stretches away two fingers worth, it does get a bit uncomfortable versus other 28 band bras.

I'm so sad that this bra was discontinued! Of my three @Cleo bras I've gotten, this one is by far the closest to fitting.

The band feels true to size for a 32 and feels supportive. The cups run big, which for me is a good thing. Prior to scooping and swooping, there was actually room in the cups which I've not had with either the Lucy or minnie. After S&S it's just a hint too small. I loosened the straps, which felt way too constricting when I first put the bra on and they were quite comfortable. The gore felt fine to me, it ... didn't feel as tall as say, my @Panache bras. The wires felt a little wide but not enough so that they were poking me uncomfortably.

The print is just darling, I love it. It's definitely a cute bra. The lace section has a little give to it so it doesn't cut into my breasts too heavily. Since I'm still breastfeeding there is some fluctuation in breast size throughout the day and I had tried this on after not having nursed for a few hours as to see how it would be when tightest.

It's quite comfortable and gives me a nice shape. I'm pretty pleased with it.

  8. I absolutely love this bra. First time I have ever said that about a bra! Feels amazing. And looks amazing. Hasnt strecthed out and I wear it alot, stands up to my washing machine, I lay flat to dry. I just wish it was a smooth cup like a t-shirt bra, the seam under shirts sucks but it's still great.

    • Hey, not sure if you still have this but was wondering if you could tell me if it runs large in the cups? I'm very surprised by the cup depth for this 34HH being listed as 4.2- that seem more like what a 34J should have.

    Hasn't set fit

This bra was a good fit and provided good support. The materials are soft and I didn't find the cup seams irritating. But I don't love it for two reasons: three part cups aren't great for my shape (lots of center fullness already, I feel they push my breasts too much into the center) and because I detest mesh bands. I wish the bra world would get over the mesh band as the thin fabric means the elastic cuts in terribly!
