Fit is perfect on larger breast. Little big on smaller. Large is about a half cup bigger. Having to adjust the strap on smaller side makes underwrite pke into armpit. Only mild discomfort. Band a bit tight but only when trying to twist around after fastening in front. Pattern is gorgeous and we'll worth the little bit of irritation from the underwrite.
The top was standing open, did not fill at all with my lower boobs. The tried two cups smaller since it seemed too big, but that was a mistake, very small. I have to try the 36D. Unfortunately the straps are waaaay too short, don't see how I can fix this. Too bad, because it didn't show under my clothes. Will have to try another model longline.
So I gave it a go. It is such beautiful bra! I love roses prints since I purchased my 70F - Comexim » Ingrid Biustonosz (289) . Unfortunately this longline in 34D doesnt fit me well. I'm using the tightest hooks and I have gapping in the cups, where on the bigger side is just tiny gapping. Beside that, the band is comfortable and soft, like silky in touch. Material on the cups is also nice, and inside doesnt irritate me. I wish they have this longline as a normal bra! i wouldnt mind the gapping as its really beaufitul. However, I think that I may try it in 32D - see if the band size will affect the bra overall.
Considering the buzz around Breeze when it was first announced, I'm surprised that there's only few reviews online - I was expecting at least a couple of bra bloggers to jump on it immediately?
Anyway, when Figleaves had a 20% discount I really wanted to try Breeze! Was looking for 32G or 34FF because I'd heard the band ran small and the cups large-ish (and especially in a longline, I'd prefer a larger band over a too-tight one). However in the end my only option was a 36F (last sister size available).
The design is really ridiculously pretty imo. Soft, firm fabrics, beautiful print & colours. Great quality! Somewhat narrow straps at ...1,6 cm. Shape of the bra / cups is pretty typical Cleo-esque and works quite well with my shape.
Unsurprisingly, the 36 band was too large - I considered taking it in. Although I would be slightly concerned about the bottom of the longline cutting into my stomach at the right band size > as it's actually quite a long longline - more so than Bronte, Flourish or Patsy. On the bright side this seemed to mean less flipping up of the band, but also it hits your torso in a different spot. The cups seemed the right volume, so sister sizing sort of worked, but maybe the wires are too narrow? Breasts didn't seem to 'settle' properly.
My biggest issue with Breeze; there was an unflattering and uncomfortable bulge under my armpits that seemed caused by 1, 2 or all 3 of these factors: - too tall wings, - strip of boning on the side that poked, - the outer side of the cup pushing / cutting into breast tissue?
Because of this discomfort and the band that I would have to alter, I sadly decided to return my gorgeous Breeze. But now I have some internal debate going on wether or not to try the 34FF that I came across yesterday. 😁😇 Sometimes sister sizes can differ quite a bit in comfort / poking issues, so perhaps...
