I love this bra. The cup fits perfectly and the lace trim doesn't show up at all even under tissue-thin shirts. It's comfortable, pretty, and true to size. I only wish it was available in 28 bands. It's tight enough for me on the tightest hook but I'll have to take it in once it stretches. Still, I absolutely love it and am considering buying more.
Edit: The band was really easy to alter even without a sewing machine. Currently one of my favourite bras. Forgot to mention though, I do have to occasionally adjust the centre gore throughout the day to get it off my breast tissue, since the ...cups are a little too far apart. This is a problem with most of my bras.
Edit 2: December 2015, band has stretched again. I'm going to have to alter it again soon. I might also end up selling it though, because I'm noticing quadboob whenever I wear it... maybe I need a 30D?
Edit 3: Gave this to a friend after she lost some weight due to anorexia and none of her bras fitted her anymore. She gave it back when she recovered. Read more 82 more words
The invisble lace along the cup edges & the little dots along the double straps are all clever additions to an everyday t-shirt bra! I so badly wanted it to work, & I even eyed it for years, but the fit is underwhelming.
The band is too loose & the cups lack the immediate/center projection that I need to feel properly supported. The quality of the bra seems sturdy, but Chantelle's inconsistent sizing is driving me nuts & I think I'm going to steer clear from this brand for a while. I have the c-paris in the same size, and the cups are much deeper and wider than the rive gauche!
This is a really great t-shirt bra with just the right amount of fun and flirty details that it doesn't feel boring. I accidentally bought one cup size too small while I was figuring out my correct bra size, but liked it enough that I kept it. Ideally, a 32DDDD would've probably fit better with less quading, but overall a good fit. In padded styles I seem to wear closer to my true size whereas many unpadded I have to go down a cup in Chantelle. This bra is very comfy on and looks like it will wear well.
Band too loose and straps don't tighten/shorten enough for me. I think Chantelle bands run a bit large. Top of cup gapes a tiny bit on my smaller breast if I bend over or slouch my shoulders forward, but I still like to wear it. It's a pretty bra - simple, elegant, and well-made.
This fits the same as my black one. The band is true to size (which is too big for me) and stretchy with only one hook and three eyes. I'm wearing it on the tightest setting and will take it in after a few wears.
The cups fit great but are too far apart for my close set boobs. I only have enough room for one wire in my cleavage but I'm flat enough there that it's not TOO uncomfortable.
The colour is a neutral-toned nude that is slightly paler than me but close enough to blend under white clothes. The lace trim and band lie flat against my skin and keep it from looking boring. It's also one of the few bras on which the little bow at the gore actually looks cute instead of tacky, because it matches the straps.
these are pretty for t-shirt bras - smooth and not bulky - but they are just too loose in the band for me. The brand seems to be consistent between the two colors i have - a nude and a butter cream yellow
This is a wonderful t-shirt bra for ladies with shallow breasts! The lace at the top of the cup helps to hide the edge of the moulded cup under extra thin shirts. The lace at the bottom of the band has an annoying tendency to roll up, but that's merely a superficial problem. Fantastically functional. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> This bra is a smidge too big for me tho.
The shape and fit of this bra are perfect, however there are a couple of flaws that will keep me from repurchasing this bra in the future. This bra is very cute and soft, but the band not stretchy enough. I have it on the tightest hook brand new and while it doesn't move around it still feels too loose. It won't last very long. If this bra came in a 28 band size it would be brilliant! The straps are also not fully adjustable. I can adjust it easily to my size, but the double strap detail on the front part is slippery and rub/tangle against each ...other. Annoying more than anything; doesn't really effect fit. The last issue is that the underwire is too flexible. I can feel it pulling wider when I bend over, etc. Which is why the band probably feels too lose. If the underwires were firmer, it would fit more like a 30 band. I will wear this bra until it becomes too lose because it looks nice under T-shirts and I have yet to purchase a nude T-shirt/molded cup bra that fits better than this. Read more 84 more words
