After realising that I needed a much tighter band than a 30 or 32 Due to terrible shoulder ache I remeasured myself and discovered I needed a 28 band or tighter. However, I wasn't quite sure about cup size. My 30FFs were a good fit for cup size but not band size at all. I decided to try to buy some cheap bras in 28G, the sister size (I think). However the cups were much too small (@ gorgeous Debenhams and marks and Spencer's which I didn't realise at the time had a different sizing system above FF). So I bought this 28GG very cheaply for sizing reasons. It fitted much better. No bulges whatsoever. However it slightly wrinkles in the cup. Only slightly, which makes me think it might be the cut? However, after wearing it for a few days, the terrible shoulder pain came back. So not sure if it is because the band is not tight enough (I wear it in the tightest hook).
