I love this bra! The fabric is so soft it feels like the bra is hugging me when I wear it. It also has a nice sheen to it, and is very smooth. I got this in two colors, a Magenta-like color (this one) called "Retro Glow" and in black.
The band does run small if you're thinking about getting this one (I usually wear a 28 band and this fits perfectly, stretches to 28.5"). I've been looking for a push up bra in a 28 or small 30 band for a while and am happy to have found this bra by Aerie! The push up isn't too intense, I would ...rate it a 2/5 on push up level (5 being Victoria's Secret +2 cupsize bra, but your boobs don't move with you if you turn too fast!). The push up is pretty gradual, I think it looks pretty natural.
The Retro Glow version of this bra has cute little cutouts on the straps in the back, you might be able to see it a little bit in the photo with the label showing, but the black one has normal strap attachments. It's also a wide band which is nice to keep smooth lines under clothes
Overall I'm happy with this bra and definitely going to keep it! I hope it fits well for my first full day of wear (I'll update this if it doesn't!). Read more 128 more words
So far the closest I've gotten without alteration. Super soft, very comfortable. Pretty heavily padded, but that's what I prefer. Band is very stretchy - not great for me because I need 26/28 but it doesn't have super tall cups like all 28DDs I've tried. Good for high breasts on this petite lady. Unexpected near success from AE!
I moved from a 30C to a 30D and this definitely feels much better - the band sizing is slightly tight but supportive, I'm pretty sure it will stretch out when I wear it more. Had to adjust the straps as always but we are good. Not to mention, the microfibre like material is SOOOO comfortable and I feel like I'm not wearing a bra at all! I'm still slightly skeptical about the cup sizing and things since it is a push up. I've yet to have a fitting check here on Bratabase, so once I do that I'll include more details!
