    Didn't fit

My shape: even fullness, pendulous, center full with short and average/narrow roots. I currently consider my size to be 28FF.

Overall, I wear this bra because it is comfortable, and because my breasts don't fall out of it, lol. Because of my pendulous breasts, I need a LOT of immediate projection, which this bra does not offer. If your breasts are more shallow and not pendulous, I would actually recommend this bra if it is in your size range. It is very soft and comfortable and the look of it is cute and simple. A good "t-shirt" bra if you don't mind your nipples showing through every now and then https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" />.

    • Aerie seems best for low projection and wide set/close set. I find the cups run slightly small.

My shape: close set, center full, full on bottom, average/narrow width roots, tall shallow roots, soft tissue.

I hoping this bra from Aerie would work because of its awesome price! Unfortunately it doesn't. I love the unlined look, but the cups came up super high, definitely fuller coverage. I did have a few wrinkles at the top portion. The cups were too separated for me (the gore is too wide for me). The gore is 1" (or 2.5 cm) separation at the top, but the bottom of the gore is much wider, so it sits on my breasts.

    Didn't fit

Originally I purchased this bra in 34B and found it fit nicely, but the band and cups were just the slightest bit too large on me. I found this 32C on Poshmark and thought it might be just what I was looking for. Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed. The band fit snug as I wanted, but the cups don't work for me. This size is too small for my larger breast (the slightest bit of quadboobing if I really scoop it in, but mainly it spills out on the side). Despite that, there is some wrinkling at the top of the cup on my smaller breast because my roots are short, so I don't think a 32D would be any better. I'm just going to stick with my 34B. It's a bit loose but feels more comfortable.

This is a very comfortable bra! The band and cups are true to size and the side wings are nice and high. The fabric is super soft. I wish the gore was narrower and I wish this came in a 28 band. It fits my bigger side pretty well and I get a fair amount of wrinkle on my smaller side. I'm sort of tempted to try a 30C because of how full coverage it is - it looks like it's eating my chest.

This review is for the Real Me Unlined bra made of nylon and elastane.

Woah! Out of 8 bras I tried on today, this one was the only one that really worked, and I love it.
I didn't have much hope when I picked it out because unlined bras don't usually work for my conical, wide shape (the ones I've tried are either all too projected or narrow). I gave this one a try because I really wanted a burgundy bra, and I ended up pleasantly surprised!
When first trying it on I did notice a lot of wrinkling, but after swooping and scooping I manged to fill in the cups ... just fine. It's soo comfortable, and one of the best fits I've found so far. The (un)lining of the cups is stretchy so I'm sure this would work for those with more projection than I have.
Despite what the other reviews say, I found the cups to be too close-set for me. With the cup separation only at 1 inch, there is wrinkling at the center because my breasts are further apart (separated by about 4 fingers). Wrinkles at the top of the bra too but I'm used to that with my short roots using full coverage cups.
The underwire width and length are perfect for me. My left breast is larger than the right, so I find with a lot of bras that if the underwire is too tall it cuts into my breast tissue on the left. This one fits well enough that it doesn't bother me.
Because it's an unlined bra, nipples can be seen when it's cold out. I'm enjoying wearing it to lounge around the house. Provides a bit of shape for my conical breasts, but not enough that I can wear it under a tight shirt. I tried on the Real Me Lightly Lined bra hoping that it would fit the same but it didn't.
I tried a 34B because with aerie bras I'm either 32C or 34B, depending on the firmness of the band. I have a 29" underbust and can use all 3 hook lengths with no trouble. May go back and try on a 32C to see if it fits better, but for now this one will definitely do!

Some background context: New to finding bras that actually fit because store conventions had me thinking that my boobs were defective. Using bratabase's calculator, I measure closer to a 30e/f, and and am currently looking for my first proper-fitting bra. I think I'm narrow/short rooted, FOB, pendulous and somewhat wide-set.

Even though I know it's not a perfect fit, it's the most comfortable, least-bad-fitting bra that I have right now. The band is too big (just ditched the +4), and the cups give me quad-boob after scoop&swoop. The cups are too wide for me. This model is made of very soft, comfortable material.

I have this same model in a darker shade of tan, and it gives a more pronounced quad-boob.

Some background context: This was one of five full-on underwire bras bought between a period of strictly bralette-wearing years, and the discovery of abrathatfits/r, bratabase, and the Quest for the Grail. The bralettes-only decision came after years of expensive, poorly-fitting, and somewhat demoralizing bra failures. Using bratabase's calculator, I measure closer to a 30e/f, and and am currently looking for my first proper-fitting bra.

Notes on fit: this is a larger cup size that I'd been previously wearing (34C), and I was thrilled at first with what I thought was a great fit, but now know has all the hallmarks of a bad fit. ... The band is definitely too big, being bought before learning about the folly of the +4 band sizing convention. It rides up in the back, offers very little lift, and I do definitely over-tighten the straps to compensate. The cup size is also too small, despite being maxed out in the maker's offerings. This particular color cuts into my breast tissue worse the beige/nude colorway model that I have in the same exact size. I like to think that this model would work well if offered in a band/cup combination more appropriate for me, it's really so far off as to be impossible to tell. I really love how soft and comfortable this material is, but think it's perhaps far too stretchy to ever work for my rather soft breast tissue.

I have shallow conical breasts that measured at a 28DD. I heard that Aerie bras ran tight, and was curious to try them out. This has a very stretchy band and I wonder if it will stretch out quickly. I will try to remember to update in a few months. This is an incredibly comfortable and soft bra! The color (Energy) also matches my skin tone quite well. Since I have conical breasts, I was glad that the cups did not squish me down, and shows my natural shape. They hug both my smaller and larger breasts very comfortably. I will have to get used to unlined bras (used to molded cups) since my nipples may show through. All around highly recommended though!
