Size runs small. I'm 34D in most brands but should have bought this in 36D.

I cut out the extremely thick padding (6,5 mm) to see if it would work better. If the zipper on your winter jacket is broken this could be a bra for you. It now has a inner layer of a firm knit and an outer layer of thin strechy material. The cups are roomier but still snug. This looks like a push up balcony bra. I will wear it a few times to see if it works. Next step would be to cut out the firm inner layer and just have a thin stretchy cup.

"Silicone gripper elastic lines the underwire, underband and side and back edges for a stay-put fit". Not sure why it is necessary to use silicone on the underwire. I have never seen a bra with this detail before. I like the wide band with 4 hooks. I belive a strapless should have wide band and 3 hooks to fit well so this is a bonus feature. I have no doubt this will stay in place with the amount of silicone inside. I recommend an extender, it does feel tight in the beginning.

(Just wanted to add that I wore a red wool sweater with this bra so some pink transfer can be seen).
