Used to fit

My shape is low set, short and narrow rooted, and soft.

This is originally a longline bra that I had made into a 3HC. I also got straps moved in 1 cm and an overlapping gore. I've been eyeing if for sometime, and decided to give it a go. I was waffling back and forth on this one or the Matthiola, and I kinda wish I'd gone with the Matthiola since I have a few darker ones at this point (and a recent spree of green bras)- but I'm sure this one will get lots of wear. I also ordered the matching thong (2 pairs) in size Medium. My hips measure about 36-36.5" up high on the hip, and abouy 38.5" down low around the widest part of my bum. The bottoms are adjustable with straps, so if your hips are wider, you can let out the elastics if you need to (see pictures).

The bra gives that nice, almost minimized rounded shape that I love about Comexim's Half Cups. I almost quad if I stand straight, but it fits how I like - without any gapping even when I move around. The cups feel slightly shallow near the underwire, but for some reason this still works for me. They are a bit wide, but my tissue just squishes to fill the space, so I don't notice it. The straps are extra wide, which I usually get when I order a J cup. They feel supportive and adjust long enough for me. There are 4 sets of 3 hooks, and I am wearing this bra with 1 row of extender in this picture because when I did it up without the extender it felt like it was putting too much tension on the band. I'm sure it'll stretch out and I'll be able to wear it without the extender pretty soon. It wasn't too small exactly, just too snug for my liking on a new bra. There is a red trim along the cups upper edge, but it doens't make the cup close in at all - it's just decorative - no elastic or anything in it. The cups materials is a smooth cotton feel on the outside that almost feels like satin. It might still stick to shirts, but I wear loose things so no worries.

Overall excellent quality, comfort and appearance. Comexims are always super comfortable right out of the box!

  • Oooh that's a pretty one!

  • Thanks confused . I could have gotten the aida, but I didn't think all those straps would have worked well with my shape.

I always forget how classically sexy the black/dark and red combo is!
