This was a new model for Bratabase, I had to add it! This is the second of three bras I received from my first Kinga order. It's a padded push-up, which normally I would have never ordered because I don't care for padding, but I was sold with the neck strap, I thought it was super cute.

I was a little disappointed at first with the materials on this bra - I had this idea in my head when seeing the pic on the website that the polka dots were a printed pattern on the fabric, but they are actually little fuzzy dots stuck all over the bra. I guess it's not a huge deal, but to me it makes it feel a little juvenile and cheapish quality - it would have been nicer if it was an actual print I think, so I wasn't thrilled about that. If you look at the pic where I took a close-up of the gore detail, you can get an idea of what the actual fabric is like.

It says on the site that the padding is removable, but the cookie pocket is all sewn up except for a spot in the corner (I captured this in a pic). I guess if you want to remove it you'd have to cut it open, and then sew it back together if you want to put it back in? I can't sew, so I guess these cookies are staying in for good! The inside of the cups are soft and cottony and comfortable - it's quite a comfortable bra. The cookies feel like they slide around a bit after I do my scoop & swoop and pull upwards on the cups to straighten them up - you have to be really careful to try and not disturb the cookies because if they move up too far, you can see the outline of the bottom of the cookie towards the bottom of the cup. So I had to do some finangling to put them back in place after I tried on the bra the first time.

I was hoping for more "up and in" action so that my boobs would touch (or come closer to touching) but all I get is "up" - which I suppose is only fair since this is a push-up! I'm happy with the shape I get from the profile view. As with the previous bra, I am thrilled that the wires come up high enough on the sides for me - I don't know if I'm low-set or what, but that is a constant issue I find in a lot of bras....wishing the wires were taller to help contain the little trail of breast tissue I can feel that goes up toward my armpits. And this fits the bill wonderfully! Sides are high enough but cups are not too tall.

After tightening up the arm straps a bit on my Limpid soft bra, that really did get rid of the bit of looseness at the top of the cup on my smaller side. I've been wearing it today and I'm certain now that 65H was the right size for me in Kinga soft bras. And apparently it's the right size for me too in the padded push-ups! No quadding, no gapping here. I love the neck loop detail, but it is removable if you don't want it. All in all it's cute and comfortable, and while I'm not usually a fan of padded push-ups, I'd try another one from Kinga in this size if I saw another design that caught my fancy. And the bottoms for this bra were not as tight as the bottoms for my Limpid, even though they are both same size....thank goodness!!

  • Love4Pollinators thank you! It’s on the lower side I just measured it at 2.75 inches. I also thought the pattern was so cute and girly :)

  • Gorgeous! I love the neck strap too!
