Didn't fit

Thank you so much to jlcl119 for letting me buy this! It is so pretty. It's like a green and white garden of a bra, and I love the contrast that the big white bow adds. It is also my first Ewa Michalak! Alas, there is not nearly enough cup to hold my boobs -- it's too small. The band also feels very loose on the loosest hook. I think I'll keep this for now since it gives me GREAT cleavage and fits sort of alright if I de-scoop, but there just isn't enough depth in the cup to accommodate me. The gore reminds me of my 28F Freya Deco gore in that it tacked even though the cup is too small because it's so low. The cups are nice and narrow (a tiny bit too wide for my smaller side, but nothing is narrow enough for that boob!) and the fabric is soft. If only there were like, the opposite of cookies to make the cups deeper so that this would fit. Oh well, added to the massive cache of bras that don't fit me. On to the next!

  • Wow! So beautiful! Congratulations on your first Ewa! Sorry it’s a bit small.

It's a shame it's too small! Even so, it still looks pretty good on you.

This is such a gorgeous bra. I love the Green lace. I wish more bras were made with green being the focus color. 💚🍀💚

MamaPagan I know, it's so interesting! There are a lot of color combinations I think bra manufacturers should try out that they never do. My favorite colors are dark forest green and lavender -- I wish I'd at least see more purple/lavender bras out there. So many nude, black, beige, etc.

Indeed! I am a sucker for all green and purple bras, they are my favorites. 💜💚
I agree there are way too many black, white, beige and nude bras made. Give me bright bold and beautiful!

biflexual emerald/forest green coming this fall from Krisline, Gorsenia and Ewa Bien. Samanta, Dalia and Gaia will offer plum. It's going to be a colourful autumn.

Oh...and Kinga will offer deep olive green

In ewa padded bras I always needed to up a cup size

biflexual ok this is such a good example of band sizing vagaries with some of these brands: 22" unstretched is a BRUTALLY tiny 65, and could definitely be a contender for the situation I mentioned where it is at least tight enough to rob you of some boob room. While I think it probably is still just a hair too shallow for your larger breast regardless, I suspect you will be able to settle into the cups more securely by using an extender to add 1/2 to 1 inch of length--and then all-importantly, loosening the straps until the back of the band is able to sit horizontal with the front.
The visual signs of this fit issue are SOOO subtle in someone with your body type, it's super hard to notice, but if you look for it you can see the following clues:

    * cups subtly but noticeably forcing your breasts east-west (laterally outwards) which should give anyone pause when wearing an EM, since these bras are specifically designed to allow boobs to point straight forward

    * very faint whiskering of creases radiating outwards from the very base of the gore, suggesting unwanted fabric tension down there that shallows out that part of the cup and prevents your breasts from settling all the way in

    * very VERY faint creasing (almost invisible against this pattern...) rising up and outwards in a crescent shape on the side of the cup in this photo, just a little distance from the wire

I can't guarantee that an extender will make the fit perfect--in this size range, an ultra-short band with an extender may simply lack sufficient stretch for comfort and stability, since good extenders are entirely nonstretch and the front of the bra likewise has no give. However, it's still worth a try and if you are looking for cleavage, just reducing that bit of excess lateral tension will allow the breasts to sit closer together.
