Pretty thing. Fits just like the bra -- very open on top and perfect for tall roots and/or upper fullness. The band is perfectly tight and the cups fit me like they're painted on.

The lace part that hangs down is completely sheer and open in the back. Not exactly nightgown material and it's much too gorgeous to lounge around in anyway, so I intend to use it as a layering piece. It's especially perfect under this (semi-sheer) white dress http://www.freepeople.com/shop/voile-and-lace-trapeze-slip/ or as a skimpy sheer top paired with a sexy leather jacket to hide the open back and equally sexy Blackmilk leggings http://blackmilkclothing.com/collections/leggings and I'm derailing this review too much so I'm going to stop now.

Minor edit:
The centre gore is exactly half a cm taller in the babydoll compared to the bra. this is visible when held up against each other. weird. doesn't really change the fit. Also, I didn't include the floppy lace thing in the front in my measurements.
