Fits

I never wrote a review on this because I intended to add it to my blog.
As of now, I don't have time to do what I wanted with the blog, and I've worn this a few times, so I think I might as well review it.

I'm not so sure about the fit of this. I bought it knowing full well that it may be a tad small. I measure 30 underbust 36-37" bust, which would put me at 30E or F, but as it seems(from EM's to other typically narrow brands), I'm more in between 30DD and 30E. I think this is due to my boobs being super projected and very narrow.

For this bra, it fits a little too snug and I think I would do better in 30E. It's a very similar fit to my Hopscotch Longline, nearly identical.
The cups are decently projected (for being a smaller size for me, even), and the width of the wires is spot on-perfect for me.
If I could take wires from a 30DD and depth from a 30E, I'd have my perfect fit.

So as typical of the Freyas I've tried, this has decent projection and narrow wires. The gore is also very close set, but does rest slightly on my tissue, making this the most uncomfortable part of the bra for me.
I honestly believe this is due to the fact that the cups are just a smidge too small for me and I should size up.

Otherwise, the band is nice and fairly stretchy, but not overly so. The back portion is a layer of black mesh, which felt super nice during the more humid months.
Pretty sure the Hopscotch's back is mesh also, so maybe this is just something typical of Freya's longline bras.
The material on the cups is a silkier material, very soft and comfortable.

The appearance I get from this bra is projected and uplifted, again, almost identical to my Freya Hopscotch Longline(and some of my EM's even).

Straps are comfortable, but not fully adjustable. I am fairly lower set, and I have them tightened all the way, so that may be something to consider.

Otherwise, this is one of my favorite bras appearance wise. The colors are so vibrant, it's absolutely gorgeous.

I'd recommend this bra to anyone who needs some projection, has narrower roots and wants a front and centered, uplifted look. I would also not recommend sizing down as I did. I only did that because Bare Necessities was having a sale for $10, I'm cheap, I adore this bra, and 30DD was the last one. xD

This bra is not owned any more

I have it too (in 30E) and it's amazing. It's my second most comfortable bra right after the Freya Ivy Longline.

  • I have this same wire thing with Freya, mostly need the depth of a 28F/30E with the wire width of a 28E/30DD. When I gained weight I got fuller and more projected, but not wider at all.

  • I love love love the pattern on the pansy! I've been looking for one for forever. I missed that sale by like an hour.

  • Looks good on you, I'm a huge Pansy fan!
That print just rocks. Jealous! 😌

Because I don't wear my Flourish longline a lot, and technically Pansy doesn't come in my size, I wasn't allowed to buy it. But for such a great price I could not have stopped myself 😁
