This is a high quality bra. It prevents my boobs from jumping around while doing sports (I use it to run, for light weight-lifting and dancing). The shape it gives it's more than okay for a sports bra, although my boobs look flat and fuller on the sides when I wear it. The lack of underwires make it really comfortable without losing support thanks to the build and structure of the bra.
It is quite snug on the band, though. I've always had to use it on the loosest hook because if not it's so tight it doesn't allow me to breathe well. It may have to do with the fact that it is a sports bra and the manufacturers wanted everything to stay in its place. They have definitely achieved that but I wouldn't mind a bit more space in the band.
Another problem would be the straps. There's not enough room for adjustments and the plastic thing is never in place.
Overall, it's a good sports bra. It does its job, which is to keep things in place.
