"Friend with similar boobs": Mostly even shape, wide-set, slightly projected, lots of tissue migration (back into the boobs).

I usually go a size down with a Freya bra for several reasons. The cups are much wider than average for the same size, they're more open, sometimes the top is hard to fill, and they are molded for even shapes. Also, their bands seem to be stretchier than most. I'm mostly even, but maybe a little full on the bottom. I measure 33" around, snugly. I usually go for 32FF.

I needed a bra with bigger cups and a stretchier band for when I get my period (swell up a cup size). I decided to try a size up to see if it would reduce the slight (very slight) quadboob that I get from my 32FF bras when I am on my period. I think buying this bra was a case of, "Should have sized down".

The band stretches quite a bit. It does ride up slightly on the loosest hook. On the 2nd tightest hook it stays put. I have to scoop and swoop every little bit to fill the bra properly. Once I do that, it's fine. However, during the course of the day I have to re-scoop/swoop. I have to stand up absolutely straight to prevent gaping.

It fits as a fuller-coverage bra on me, which I wasn't expecting. I believe this probably has to do with it being slightly large. The straps are a good width and they're very comfortable on my shoulders. The wires are wide enough to include all the tissue, but not so wide that it irritates my axillary region. The fit gives me a smooth shape under clothes, and I do feel that it is very supportive.

Overall, a good bra. It encourages me to stand up straight and finally I have a bra that won't get too small for me after a month.
