Didn't fit

This bra appeared to fit at first but the more I wear it, the more I hate it. The underwires sit way too low on my sternum. If I put the underwire under my breast where it's supposed to go without the band fastened, there is about two inches of empty cup space at the top. The band is slightly too big on the tightest hook. The wires poke my armpit and rub the area raw if I raise my arms frequently like I apparently do at work. Right after I scoop and swoop, the cups seem to cut into breast tissue a bit at the top but then it slides down.
