Didn't fit

Edit: I decided to keep this bra, so I altered the gore down. I took the top of the gore completely in, and angled the seam in a wedge to take even more out of the bottom of the gore, which made the almost a balconette shape, with a corresponding rise in the position of the gore when worn. I also pushed the wires to the end of their channel away from the center, and sewed them there, so the top half inch of the gore is just for show. The alterations made it essentially full coverage, and revealed that the cups are slightly on the large side, since the apex is now in the right place. The straps were sawing into my arms a little, but I tried an extender and that went away. I think it'll be a very comfortable bra, once broken in. It gives me a round-perky shape I quite like, though my smaller boob gets a bit oddly shaped as the day goes on, since it doesn't fill out the cup apex well and slides around. If I decide the cups are still too separated, I'll go back and let out the bottom of the gore a bit to go back to a true plunge shape.

-----

The cups are too far apart for me as-is... The bra slides down my chest, stabbing the insides of my breasts, and had hardly any support because of it. I could tell why people call Panache bands firm. I don't have any quadboob, nor any sign that the cup size was too big. I suspect the wrinkling at the bottom was due to the cups being too separated for me. To see how it would fit if I decided to alter it, I safety pinned the underwires until they nearly overlapped. As I suspected, that kept the wires from poking into my breasts, but did little for the bottom wrinkling or support. Next, I pinned the bottom of the gore closed by a similar amount as the top (~2 cm), which did improve the support and wrinkling... Though the support still wasn't quite what I was hoping for, given that the gore tacked and the band seemed like it would bruise me, at least until I broke it in. I wish there was a little less stretch lace and more firm fabric, just to hold things down a bit better.

On the bright side, I love the look and comfort of the stretch lace (though maybe not the bounce factor). This is quite a sexy bra, despite having a lot of coverage for a plunge. I wish it came in nude... As-is, the super bright colors aren't very practical for me. It's well made and seems durable. If I can't find better, maybe it's worth wearing thicker and darker tops to accommodate a few of these (though definitely altered).
