Overall, I love this bra. I fill the cups perfectly with the padding, and there's removable padding that'll be very useful with my hormonal boob-size fluctuations. The band fits nicely on the first hook right out of the box (I imagine I'll need to tighten it sooner because of this, but at least I won't suffer the first 5 wears).

Although the center gore isn't perfectly flat, it's very very close, and it doesn't move when I do (I seem to be between cup sizes currently). The straps are a nice width and can adjust about ¾ the total length, stopping where the lace starts. Additionally, they're set close enough together in the back that they don't slip down even on my small frame. The only issue is that the top of the outer cup is too wideset, so it cuts in a little on my armpit area. Perhaps the cups themselves are actually too wide. I like it enough either way.

Finally, the lace design is lovely, and I like that there's a smooth inside so I don't have the design pressing into my skin. The triangle lace portion is a little weird, but it doesn't bother me and I imagine it'd be easy to remove if one so desired.
