Used to fit

Elixir by Lejaby so far has been an AMAZING fit for me--3 out of 3 attempts successful. The featherweight, yet super-robust and supportive construction is so comfortable and so pretty!

If you are always on the lookout for narrow yet deep cups, and are regularly frustrated by the need to size up into too-wide wires in order to get the depth you need, this is definitely a brand you need to try (yes they're pricy, but Ebay has some great deals). They only go up to an H at this stage, but the back of the band is typically a very simple design with no boning, so it's very alteration-worthy. If you loved the narrowness of the 70G - Chantelle » Rive Gauche 3 Part Cup (3281) but couldn't handle its tall wires, this is a great alternative--it's almost 1.5 inches shorter under the arm.

This particular model has a vertical seam in the lower section of the cup, which I love. It's also not as freakishly tall where strap meets outer cup as the 32G - Elixir By Lejaby » Candide Underwire (G20833) which I also reviewed--so no upper cup wrinkling here even brand new, not yet washed or broken in.

Possible cons: this doesn't seem to be an issue across the board for all Elixir bras, but this one definitely runs tight (just under 31" stretched). Not a problem for me, but if you are closer to the upper limit of a 32 band it would be a real bummer, even though the material has some good stretch in it. (Obviously if you have a small back and are just under their official size range this could help you out.)

Also peculiar to this bra: I imagine the little appliqued flowers all over the top edge might not be to everyone's taste! I admit I hesitated over this purchase as this is a little too much whimsy even for me. However, it actually looks quite sweet when it's on and I don't find myself obsessing over the baroqueness of it. Amazingly this detail does not show under clothing. In fact, I highly recommend this shade of coral and others like it (orange, etc.) for ladies of a range of skin tones--it really is not visible under clothing.

This bra is not owned any more
