Didn't fit

This review is for the Glacier colourway.

So, lately I've been reading up on bra alterations (I have plans in mind for a few of my ill-fitting bras) and I got a bit caught up in reading the blog http://brasihate.blogspot.co.uk/ and I happened to notice that most of the bras I own that fit me really well, like the Marcie, Lucy and Andorra, also fit her. The Marvel was one that fitted her that I hadn't tried, so I had to give it a go, and it fits!

Marvel is very much like the Freya padded half-cups in that it's shallow at the bottom of the cups and very open at the top, which seems to work quite well for my shape. As far as I can tell, it's not really a new cut for Freya, but as it fits me, I can't be disappointed! The band is a relatively large 30, as I would expect from Freya, but not as loose as the Deco. The Marvel gives a very minimised look (as many reviews have described) but I think for me it's due to the amount of lift it gives rather than because it's squashing my boobs to the sides. I'm actually quite tempted to go out and try a few blouses to see if the Marvel would prevent them from gaping across the front!

This bra is not owned any more
