A very ingenius design:
Fully adjustable straps have 2 positions in back to hook to. Three possible positions: standard straight, wide straight and standard racerback when using the lace insert.
Has a triangular lace panel: can be worn in front as a cami, or as a triangle in the back.
#1: As a cami: Where the cups meet the straps there are 2 sets of loops to choose which to hook to (presumably the upper hooks provide more coverage and the lower hooks less coverage, or slightly less width). The inside of the gore has a snap to anchor the third corner to, and a flap to cover it when not in use.
#2: As a racerback: you hook the long edge of the lace parallel to the band. Their photo on the hang-tag shows the hooks attached to the outer loops, then the straps are shortened and hooked onto loops at the third corner (where the snap is).

The good and/or the typical:
The cups are tall and run shallow for me, although not as as badly as some bras. Very soft and comfortable. Managed center fullness better than I expected.
The band is double layer microfiber. Bottom elastic is hidden. Top elastic is exposed but soft. The front center band is contoured for better comfort.
The wires are firm but comfortable.
The gore is a comfortable height; not too tall. (But it is a little wide to allow for said snap & flap.)
The straps are typical .5" wide with flocking on the underside, with a firm stretch.

Now the design flaws:
The band is considerably shorter than most LeMystere bras I've tried, which are already shorter than most brands.
The straps are also short, too. For me, they're barely usable fully extended in standard position, and I'm only 5'2" with a medium build.
The triangle lace panel:
#1: Too small to wear in the front as a cami. The top edge is overstretched and it curls down, even set on the lower loops. (Could be caused by the lace being too narrow and/or the straps being set too far apart?)
#2: The diagonal sides don't have enough fabric to cover up to the edges of the cups. (Not much of a cami if there's a gap between the cups and the lace!)
#3: In the racerback position, if worn as pictured (set on the outer back loops), the lace was stretched beyond it's ability. I feared the integrity of the lace or stitching as I was putting it on & taking it off. When I hooked the lace to the inner loops it didn't put nearly as much stress on the stitching. However, it was still a bugger to put on/take off.

LeMystere, I hope you're reading this!
This is a great concept, but my guess is marketing had their way and it was put into production before the bugs were tweaked out, so to speak. Tell marketing to let you do your job, and then re-release the new version only when it's ready!!!
