This bra has a design flaw where the ribbon is sewn onto the entire length of strap while the strap is unstretched. This causes the straps to not stretch at all, and they are difficult to adjust because of the thickness of the strap and ribbon. The lack of stretch causes the apex of the bra to cut into me worse than my other PLs in this size, to the point where it is unwearable for more than a couple hours. It's such a shame, this bra is one of the prettiest ones that I own.

• 60s are non returnable.

• If it is sewing error, it should be returnable. That is a serious flaw.

• Are you thinking this is the way EM designed the straps? So sorry if that's the case. :-( :-(

• From reading on Reddit I think that is how this one was designed intentionally.

• Of course, I never saw those posts until after I ordered it. :)
