This is one of the most comfortable bras I've ever worn; that being said, I don't tend to wear it while "working out" or doing anything super strenuous. I wear it sometimes as an every day bra, and also when I walk.
I have two of the black Panache sports bras, and would have tons more in more of the fun colors, if they weren't so dang expensive. They don't make your boobs look cute or sexy, but the comfort level more than makes up for it.
If you want an every day bra that you can easily wear while doing light exercises, like walking or biking, this is the one for you.
