Didn't fit

I'm not sure that Ewa bras are for me, or at least the couple I've tried aren't. (Granted, I've only tried two now, but still...) I don't want to order them directly, since they are so expensive, so it's hard to figure out if they are for me or not!
Anyways, I bought this from another Bratabase user so I could try out an unpadded Ewa. The bra itself is really cute, and a nice HOT pink color with little orange bow details. I've had a lot of luck with Comexim unpadded bras, but the fit was super odd on me with this Ewa. The wires are narrower than I am used to, which is fine, and the band was nice and tight. But the cups are where it went sort of wonky for me. The top of the cups are pretty high, and since there's no elastic to hold the lace to the top of my breasts, there were gaps/wrinkles. It didn't feel like I was going to pop out of the top, though.
The other odd part was the bottom: my breasts were so squished on the bottom, it made them have a weird shape. It was like there was TOO much space at the top and not enough at the bottom.
I was really hoping this would work for me. Oh well! I will just keep looking.

This bra is not owned any more

The SM is very shallow at the bottom and open at the top to give a push-up shape without padding.

  • The BM styles have more depth in the bottom of the cup from my own experience, and I would assume the same for your size range, but check some reviews to make sure.

  • I... am embarrassed to reveal I had no idea what any of the letters in front of the Ewa Michalak bras meant. So those are shorthand for the different styles of bras she offers?
    *mind blown*
Now to figure out what the heck one will work best for me!!

mandapandarawks Yup! It's okay, the letters aren't super obvious for what they represent. The cuts made for smaller busts are the 3DM, 3D, and M (the former is unlined; the latter two are padded plunges). In the middle and largest size range you've got the S and SM (padded and unlined balconettes, respectively), the BM and SF (both unlined balconettes, but the SF is "reinforced" whereas the BMs have stretch lace either just on top or all over), the PL (a true padded plunge), and two padded halfcups, the CH and CHP (the latter is a more sweetheart neckline and slightly lower gore). In the biggest size range is the FB, an unlined balconette. Hope that helps!

Oh man, that helps so much. Thanks for taking the time to explain that! Very helpful!

Top of the cup doesn't fill, but bottom overfills? It's odd

Top of the cup:
Wrinkles, can't quite fill it

This bra didn't fit her, but these did
