An unlined plunge that fits...well for the most part. It has space for more upper fullness then what I have but its not as bad a the 30F - Curvy Kate » Dita Plunge Bra (SG2911) There is some empty space at the top seem. This bra would work best for short full on top roots. The short gore is very nice. The cups give me a round natural shape. The are narrow and deep with depth at the wire. I like the orange color but the pink I am not fond of. Why is it so hard to find a bra with no pink? Not every women likes pink!

  • I don't like pink unless it is deep fuchsia. It is cute on you :-) Glad the gore is short enough!

  • The orange is adorable! I wish I could get along with CKs unlined plunges. I adore their balconettes. Their plunges wrinkle in the top section while simultaneously cutting in. Otherwise they fit me great, ugh! I wonder if they have a plunge that's not quite so closed off.

lcl0706 I think you're talking about your experiences with Cabaret? Atomic and Dare are built the same except they are very open at the top. Cabaret cuts in because of the type of embroidery used. Princess plunges are even more open. So if you want to try a CK Plunge again, I suggest one of those models. I've tried them all in various sizes. :)

Yes the Cabaret was awful on me! I figured their plunges all share the same cut. If they don't... I may have to try those out!

Also... I tried the old Princess balcony many moons ago and have shied away from anything Princess since because that lace/ribbon on the top of the cup was made of steel wool, I swear. It was the itchiest thing I've ever tried on!!

  • Oh, ok. I haven't had such a problem with the Princess. For me it's the stitching on the band that's itchy, but the lace and ribbon is nice and soft.

  • The cups look too deep for your shape. I have the same problem with almost all Curvy Kates. I think the empty fabric at the top is actually a wrinkle caused by orange-in-a-glass. Also, the underwires seem too short for you. Have you tried any Cleo unlined bras? They have quite wide cup. In any case, I think this bra looks very nice on you, but you could get better support from wider cups with longer underwires.

  • ShaniSunAZ I have tried a couple Cleos but they were unwearable because of the hard wires and high gore. When you say longer underwires, do you mean by the armpit. Panache Andorra and Loretta plunge have taller wings maybe I'll try one of those.

  • I also will have to try the Dare and Princess plunge

  • I had the exact same problem with Cleos center gores. They literally made my skin black & blue with bruises. I meant longer wires that go all around the cup, so maybe that would mean taller sides as well. Panache Andorra is a fabulous bra, but it can be "pointy" on many people. It's support is unsurpassed though. I think I could run with an Andorra on and forget about my boobs. (Okay, that's a bit of an exaggeration, but Andorra has marvelous support). It also has longer wires, but it's not so tall at the gore as Cleos.

  • Such a cute bra!
