This bra is lovely in appearance and seems well made. Blessedly the underwire does not cut into my underarms, but I do worry about this over time. The housing material of the underwire is not padded, or reinforced much in the underarm area. I've had the underwire poke a hole near the underarm end when they are like this in the past.
The cups fit exceptionally well, and my breasts stay put with long hours of use. Often with molded bras I have the problem of having tissue bump over the top edge with long-term wear or a lot of bending over. Not a problem with this one.
The only downside is the straps do start to slip a bit over time, and I do have to adjust them back onto my shoulders. It is not an issue of needing to tighten them, they just sit further apart on my shoulders than is ideal. My job requires a lot of movement, so I occasionally need to adjust them back into place. When I am at home or on a day off, I don't really have this problem though.
