Didn't fit

Oh my god. This thing is TINY! 30M - not so much. I run about a 30HH-JJ in Freya/Panache/Cleo and my poor boobs were completely overflowing. So please take into account that for someone whose proper size this is, the bra may well fit beautifully, it just clearly is NOT mine!

The upside is that it's gorgeous - silky black cups with a petite, multi-colored flower print that's beautiful. The cups are exactly the shape I need - a solid, supportive half cup. The line down the middle shows a little bit under thin clothing.

The band is relatively firm, I closed it on the 2nd of 4 clasps, but the underwire is miserable. Sank deep into skin on the sides and most of the front. Painful, red marks. Not the norm for me.

Straps are wide-set for my very narrow shoulders. Gogobee warned me that the customer service on her custom order was shaky enough that she wasn't sure if the straps were narrowed, and I will confirm that they are not.

I'm posting pics, but in all fairness, they're not representative of my size when I received the bra. I've now increased 1-2 cups and about 1 back size for an average of 32HH-J (hormones).

I'm disappointed, because it's a beautiful bra, rare to find such a gorgeous, lightly padded half-cup near my size, but realistically I'd say this fit more like a 30GG-H, or even a 28H-HH since the band is quite firm.

I'll be putting this up for resale soon on bratabase, so PM me if you're interested.

  • Yeah, as a 32 J to 34 J range, i am pretty sure I'll never be looking at a . . . wait, arent they related to comexim? or not?

  • Yes, they are. My understanding is that they're one of several companies who are actually manufactured by Comexim - odd, isn't it?

  • Awh im so bummed it didnt work out for you :( I dont wear UK brands because nothing is deep enough and open enough up top, but id say im about a 28J/30HH UK. What ive noticed in my Comexim experimentation (which has been a lot in the past few months lol) is that they run at least 2 sizes too small. Ive found my best fit, perfect depth, in a 60O (28K UK). But the bras just become so tall for my petite frame at that size that im not completely happy with them. Too bad these 60Os i just got werent a 65 so you could see if that cup fits you better :/

dbmamaz Wellfitting sells Comexim bras under their own brand name. Some are the exact bras you find on the Comexim site, others are Wellfitting exclusives. You could definitely get a Comexim that fits you. They make sizes well beyond what is on the drop down list on their site. But if you ever do, definitely size up a few cups!

  • I've seen them on that one blogger who wears somewhere around your size i think, but i dont like the way they look in the large sizes.

  • Thanks, gogobee . Sorry the 60O's aren't working for you.....it's just unbelievable how difficult it is to find a bra that really fits, looks good and FEELS good! I'm wearing a couple of larger bras right now that don't dig into my ribcage or shoulders, but good Lord they're hideously shaped! The girls are seriously drooping - time to start hunting again. ;p

  • you havent tried EM yet?

  • dbmamaz No, not yet. I was so discouraged at being mostly sized out of the Polish alphabet with my first try....Some Jasmine/Marcie-type bras may work but I really, really had my eye on the half-cups, padded or otherwise, which I don't see 2-3 cup sizes larger.

.....aaaaand I've gone up both in back and cup size. lol Can't win!
