Bralettes have become quite popular lately, and Aerie makes a good variety of them. I received this as a giveaway, in order to test my bralette size with Aerie. The 'Large' in Aerie is recommend for sizes 34D, 34DD, 36B, 36C, 36D, 38C, 36A according to their size chart. Since 34D is my sister size, I tried this with the intention of altering the band down. I actually have to say that the Medium boob area would have probably fit my shallow shape better. The bralettes are generous in the fabric in the front and after taking in the band and shortening the straps, I find I can probably size down. The 'Medium' should fit 32D, 32DD, 34B, 34C, 34D, 36A, so I am still in that sister size range to try it. This review is for the purplely lace, racerback style with boxer elastic, which I believe is discontinued, but this review may be useful for anyone considering other Aerie bralette models.
