Used to fit

I had denounced and given up on CK months ago after I bought the Jewel and Smoothie, but after people recommending me the Bardot repeatedly and seeing people say such good things about the Arizona I thought I'd give them one more try (OK--to be honest I saw a review here say the Arizona had somewhat Comexim-like cup construction and that sold me).

I have to say this is MUCH improved from my last try, and really restores my faith in CK as a brand. It seems like the past year or so they've been attempting to make a lot of changes as a brand and implement some engineering advances, and I think perhaps at my last try I caught them at an awkward time at that transition. The shape of the Jewel was so strange that I wasn't even able to determine what was wrong with it, but I was blown. away. when I tried this on.

Holy crap, a bra that ACTUALLY lies flat on top! On MY BOOBS! I thought it wasn't possible for a bra that wasn't customized. So I highly recommend this to anyone FOB or with short roots, but I imagine that means it's quite closed on top so it probably will not work for tall roots or FOT ladies. My boobs did settle into the cups a little leaving a gap after a few hours of wear, but it wasn't noticeable thru clothing. The shape is rounded and more projected than CK bras I'd worn before. It was quite comfy for the first few hours but after a while the wires in the front got quite irritating, but this happens to me with most bras. Unfortunately the band is just a bit large; I think I will have to sell it and get a 30G because already after 3 wears I have to put it on tightest hook.

The design is super cute and young looking, and it's nice to see something that's not either ultra sexed up or ultra girly. If I snipped the bows off then the only thing that feels girly is the polka dot white fabric. I'll imagine they'll release it in other patterns in coming seasons since it seems to be quite popular, maybe something that doesn't include that polka dot fabric. It's neutral enough that I'll feel comfortable in it on my more butch days. It's also something that would be appropriate for young girls, which certainly any of us who developed young understand there's a need for!

Where the straps meet the cup, the white edging fabric sticks out below where the strap is stitched on, and on one side there was a little piece of strap fabric below where it was stitched that completely came off when I touched it. I know zilch about construction yet, so I don't know if this is some sort of error or an issue of poor construction. I hope it will not come apart on me.

In full, I'm really impressed by this bra and I hope CK will continue on this path.

This bra is not owned any more
