I know this is supposed to be the alternative to the Jolie, but....no. Just, no. The shape is a bit rounder, which is welcome, & its actually a bit -less- full coverage. The band is a softer, better material too. The rest: all bad.

The cup shape is not the same. It is not nearly as friendly to full-on-top shapes as the Jolie. There is a firm band edging the top that cuts in a bit & the gore does not tack anywhere near the way my Jolie's do.

But the worst thing for me was the edging along the bottom of the cups. The bra was comfy for 6 hours & then it was rubbing me raw, leaving sore red marks on my skin. I have this problem with many Fantasies & some Curvy Kate's that have a picot type sharp edging along the bottom band. Gem is just not the one for me. Until I find that perfect bra with the fit of Jolie, but a rounder shape, I plan to keep buying white Jolie's & dying them many fun shades with food coloring.
