I think this bra runs small in the cups so I´d recommend you size up in the cups! 28F was too small for me, quadboobing. Wires also feel too narrow. Other than that it is a nice bra. I love the strawberry colour.
The band runs true to size, a nice and snug 28. Straps only partly adjustable.

I got this in also 30F (no 28FF available) and it fits very well https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> The only downside is that I have to alter the band down.

Some people have complained that the wires stab them but I don´t have that problem.
