This bra was listed as padded on the Debenham's website. It is exactly the same thickness as the two unpadded balconies I got with it, and the same shape. I am not sure why it's marked 'padded'.
I love the color, and this bra was on sale and quite inexpensive, so I figured it would be a good chance to try and find my true size. I really wish this bra looked as up and attem as it does in the photos on the website. The shipping and ordering were not a hassle, so that was nice.

The band is far too tight (not wearing an extender in these pictures, but I wear one when I do wear this bra). The cups press my breasts down and toward my armpits, but I cannot get them to fill the bottom of the cup, no matter how I wiggle and jiggle and scoop. The cups are also too small.
The straps are too wide-set for my narrow shoulder, they fall off and cut into my armpit at the same time (just the straps, not the underwire).
