The band is very tight. Order at least a size up from your normal Freya band size. I measure 28.5 inches/72cm around my underbust and I can barely close the bra on the loosest hooks.

The cups on the other hand run small. I have an Arabella in 30GG that's a little big in the cup and this 30H is still slightly too small. On the other hand, there are 4 by 4 sets of hooks.

It feels supportive but there is still some jiggling. It's fine for elliptical/treadmill though.

The shape is very pointy, but that's ok for a sports bra. The pointiness is somewhat reduced when you wear a shirt over it.

• Yea, I think you shouldn't go under 30 in this particular model, but in other Freyas, definitely go for a 28 band then.
