Proper bra sizing + weight loss = impossibility

I can't tell if I'm losing weight or if I'm migrating tissue back to cup area.

My underbust measurement is now closer to a 34 than a 36.

I think I'm gonna cry.

  • Why do you feel so sad? =/ Because of needing to buy more bras?

  • I'm sad because I still haven't found my actual size. And now it's still changing because I'm both losing weight and my boobs keep migrating.

It has been almost 18 months since I found out my size was wrong. I've been working toward finding my correct size, but the size I'm currently wearing doesn't fit any more.

I've finally migrated enough that I probably need an F/FF/G/GG/H cup (depending on UK/US/European sizing). I don't have extra cash to be able to order online & try out sizes; plus, I can't find any in the correct sizes to try on in any regular store. The last time I went to a regular store, I tried on about 25 bras, all different styles and all the smallest band I could find with a DDD/F (US) cup size, and absolutely none of them fit. Plus, all of the bands fit me differently and added to my frustration with the stupid bra industry not even attempting to have consistency across sizing.

My only option right now is Lane Bryant/Cacique, but I know their sizing runs very differently, so even if I find a bra there that fits, I will have NO idea of what size it would be in another brand.

    I'm just sad. And frustrated.
