Too small?

Can someone confirm me that the bra this woman is reviewing is too small? I can see the centre gore sitting on her breasts!

Lol, that's like 4 cupsizes too small. She was obviously going for cleavage, and she got it, big time :)
It's sad that she's reviewing a bra from a fuller bust brand but she's wearing them too small! This will mislead the readers. :(
