Feb 15, 2013 - Cleo bras

Okay so, I have a question to throw out into the void. I thought I'd give the Cleo Jude bra a try. Well, while the results weren't entirely tragic, it was not what I was looking for. I really think the Jude was all sorts of wrong for my boob shape (for more TL;DR details see my review!). But! One thing I really like about the Jude is that the underwires came up quite a bit on the sides. In other words, there was the potential to contain the sideboobs! It's just too bad that the top of the cups just dug into the top of my boobs causing the ever-popular quadboob effect.
So I guess my question is: are there Cleo bras that reign in the sides without cutting into the top boob area? I have rather bottom heavy breasts that are also rather spread apart. I guess my being bottom heavy made me surprised there was anything for the top portions of the cups to squeeze. Oh well.
Like, for example, would the Juna Balconette bra be a better option for me? Here's to finding the perfect bra that lifts and pushes together my stubbornly spread apart boobs :)

  • I am still finding my perfect bra.. and relatively new to it, so can't give alot of advice there (its hard if you have to do it all online!). But I have to say I am dissapointed with the Cleo Jude too.. I so wanted it to work for me! It does cut in to the top of my boob too and also I think I can't quite fill the bottom(of 36 FF) of it and makes the bra slid down at the front and sit low(Ie the underwires sit low below my breast crease).. However the G cup is too big with empty space and too high undermy arms- the underwire digs.. I have read it is a hard bra for most people to fit good into. I am interested also in the Juna, I am fairly full all over (I think, lol). I am interested in the new Cleo Maddie too- not sure if its out yet.

  • The Cleo Juna is a muuuuch easier fit than the Jude. The Jude basically fits no one, the Juna is much better. You should definitely try it.

Maybe you can compare wire lengths of the Cleo Jude and the Juna? Of course the Jude's wires are shorter in the middle, but you could make some estimate for how long they would have to be in the Juna to be as high up as you'd like. :) And then see if the data bratabase has helps you!
