Comexim and customizations
I ordered two bras from Comexim a month ago and requested (in polish) they be made into plunges (on the site they are offered as half cups). They arrived and they did not do this to either bra. Which makes them useless for my shape. Are they just not doing customizations anymore or what?

It can be really hit or miss, if they acknowledge the customization request by sending you an email warning you that it will make the bras non-returnable that's usually a good sign. The first time I ever ordered from Comexim I didn't receive that email and all the bras in my order arrived without alterations.
They also sometimes will do some of the alterations in an order but not others, it can be hard to predict. Last time I ordered I requested the straps be moved in and also requested one of the plunges be made into a 3HC; the straps were moved, but the plunge was still a plunge when it arrived.

I think can be hit or miss (like Eaele said) 'cause sometime they do the alterations, no problemo. And then other times, I guess they don't??
I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it's just mis-communication error.
Also make sure to write it 2x. In the comment box. Then also remind them when they email you. Post them on r/braswap, the bratabase listings, poshmark and then just order again?
