Comexim Alterations?
I ordered directly from Comexim for the first time and got the bra in and I think it fits fairly well! However, I did request alterations and they unfortunately weren't done. I emailed asking about them first for approval (wanted straps moved in 2cm and an overlapping gore) and then wrote the alterations in the comments box at checkout as I was told to do. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do next time I order and ask for alterations?

Tbh sometimes they just mess up. I've contacted them about problems before. Once they sent me the wrong size, and just remade my bras for free. Another time they gave me a partial refund when I reordered the bra that had the wrong alterations. So I'd take a photo and email them.
