Bras For Omega Shaped 36K

The most well-fitting bra I own is an Elomi Matilda (in 34K that I wear with an extender). The gore tacks comfortably and the wires are close enough to my IMF that it feels comfortable. The wires are however very wide and I wonder if that is the trade-off I have to make or if there are decent options with narrower wires. I've tried an Ewa Michalak FB in 90KK, which was too large in the cups (it took a while to figure out that my size is closer to 36K than the 36L that the ABTF calculator put me at) but they also caused a lot of wrinkling at the bottom as well as a floating gore, and the same wrinkling and floating happened in Nessa Tatuaz 36K (as well as basically all other bras I've tried recently, two from Bravissimo in 36L that I can't remember the name of, Elomi Morgan 36K and Freya Erin 36K) and I believe that it's my omega shape that causes that particular problem, and not a lack of projection and too small cups that most people have suggested over at the ABTF group on Facebook.

My question is, is it likely that I will ever find a better fit than the Matilda? I had wanted to try Ewa Michalaks BM style that I think has a lower gore but the waiting times after ordering and the stressful returns process makes me not want to risk having another ill-fitting bra. I have narrow and short roots, wideset and splayed boobs.

  • I don't know, from what I've read on ABTF reddit (maybe you can message this user name "helvetica12point") she said that Ewa Michalak is best for omega-shaped breasts. (unless I'm not remembering her correctly...lol)

here is what she wrote on reddit, ""I'm slightly obsessed with Ewa Michalak, her bras are perfect for an omega shape (narrow root, generous projection). Yeah, it'll probably be 3-4 weeks before you get them (a lot of the bras are made on request and then shipping from Poland), but it's worth the wait and they're so pretty! Like, I'm around a 34J (UK), the novelty of pretty bras still hasn't worn off because for do long I couldn't get them. Another thing I really love is that their models are a variety of shapes and sizes, so you really can get an idea of what it will look like on you! How many other bra designers do that?! Their prices have gone up a bit as they've got more popular, but it's competitive for the market (50-65 USD per for most of them). I just got in an order this week and not only do they fit and are gorgeous, but apparently they're starting to put some of them in pretty little organza bags and they even included a free mask to keep even if I needed to return everything, which I thought was just nice. I always appreciate nice packaging. (Also that mask absolutely matches one of their bras, although not any of the ones I ordered)."

  • You could try Gorsenia?
They have pretty good forward projection and their wires should definitely be narrower than Elomi!

There's a couple Gorsenias on here, pretty good EU bra store:
