Bravissimo Customer Service?

Does anybody have insight about how their customer service works? I returned a bra to them almost a month ago, and I hadn’t heard anything about it being received, so I emailed them last week and haven’t received any answers or indication of what’s going on. Their return policy is a little confusing, too; I swear I saw on one page that it’s 60 day returns and another that it’s 30…I’m just worried about missing the window if it’s 30 if they continue to basically ghost me. It doesn’t help that they’re based in UK and I’m in US because I can’t get ahold of customer service at convenient times for me.

Anyway, what I’m hoping to know is if this is normal for them?

  • I have not dealt with Bravissimo, but I wouldn't panic just yet!

    I know when I returned some bras to Breakout bras, it was almost at the 30-day deadline (despite having sent it back with 2-3 days after receiving) and it was fine. Usually they have to go through a "receiving" department anyways, to get checked back in? did you get tracking on your package?

    I'm guessing that stores know that shipping are all messed up still because of the Covid.
