Sizing Up Woes

Ugh, when does it stop? I feel like I’ve maxed out of 90% of my bras, and for some reason I’m not able to find any new Kris Line bras in a bigger size lately from my normal places. Resorting to trying other UK brand bras (including Bravissimo, which I’ve never tried before), so I’ll have a ton of reviews on the way in the next week or so.

My 34K Kris Line bras are at least 1 if not 2 sizes too small at this point, which would put me at a 34KK-L. I’m guessing that’s about a 34JJ-K in UK sizes, maybe? I’m just really annoyed that they don’t seem to be getting any smaller, granted I’ve probably gained weight lately AND I recently stopped taking hormonal BC, so I have no idea if that would cause them to grow or shrink (I wish it made them shrink, but it’s not looking that way.)

Anyway, just a rant. Can anyone related?

  • well, I guess I kind of lost some weight, then gained some weight back. Because it's summer, I'm hoping to lose some more weight...It's cyclical. Not what you asked, but I think every woman should own about 20 bras BECAUSE OF weight fluctuations.

And I don't think that's so extreme. 3-4 at a higher weight. Like, to always have a buffer of some bras at higher and lower weights.

  • BraOdyssey I guess that’s true, they are prone to fluctuating. I’m guessing because I’m so hyper-aware now being involved in Bratabase and ABTF that I notice it a lot more than I used to!
