Nope! Pendulous means your breasts hang significantly below your underbust line--full on bottom means that, within the actual breast itself, disconnected from its relation to your body, there's more fullness on the bottom than the top. My personal opinion is that most boobs are a combination of many shapes in different degrees, which makes it hard to have a hard classification for each pair. They will be some % of one and some % of other. It's all wobbly.
