So I ordered two bras, one in a special size and one in a special size and 3HC to plunge. I added the changes in the comments and also emailed them the changes. They charged my paypal but I didn’t get a response. Should I be worried? Should I follow up?

I always just put requested changes in English and Polish in the comment box with a statement that says "I accept that these are not returnable". I never get an email back from them, and my orders have all been processed correctly (as far as I can tell, except once they didn't overlap my underwire at the gore). Maybe because you put the alterations in the comments they just accepted your order and are processing it? That's a tricky one though because you did email them too. Maybe try emailing them again to confirm?
My comments were read and completed on my last order without the confirmation but you could email them to follow up.
