Comexim custom order not fulfilled?
Has anyone had any success with emailing Comexim if a custom order isn't fulfilled with all the alterations? I know it's a common problem to ask for modifications, and they aren't done. I read a comment about someone having success emailing Anna about discrepancies and receiving a full refund, but I'm unsure how often that happens. Thanks in advance!

I'm curious too. I need to measure but after trying on my order I got today I think only 1 cup was altered in one of my bras lol the smaller side has a much bigger discrepancy in fit than usual....
@confused I sent them an email, and I'm hoping they'll respond soon. I've heard people have better luck emailing Anna, so I tried addressing the email to her. However, I always end up getting responses from Joanna.
I ordered one cup size up with alterations, so the only way the cups have a chance of fitting me is if the alterations are actually done... ): Two of the alterations I requested were done on both bras (overlapping gore & 4x2 hooks which doesn't affect the cup volume at all), so I'm thinking they read my comments but just ignored the alterations about the cups?
