Ewa Michalak Sizing Question

Is it normal for different colors/fabrics in the same style to run different in sizing? I'm looking around comparing measurements and seeing some variations. Thanks!

  • The same bra can definitely have different measurements. Here are some reasons
-Different dye colours (black is said to be tighter)
-User error margins when entering bra measurements
-If it was entered as a new or used bra (perhaps stretched out)

okay I thought I'd think of more reasons, but that's all I can think of for now!

Oh wait I thought of one more thing. If you look at a bra's measuring table (say you look up BM Antonina in 65F), the measurements table will give you average measurements for all entries on that bra. However, if you click on the bra's measurements (that little option just under the measurement table. it'll say something like 1 measurement 1 bra, or 4 measurements 6 bras, etc). This feature comes in really handy when you start looking at new/used bras or bras that have alterations - like Comexim.

  • Ah ok that makes sense. I'll watch out for that. I had heard about dye errors and obviously anything can have some variation when there's sewing involved!
