is splayed, wide set, projected, and inner full a combo that there is no bra for?

I'm having trouble finding a bra that fits and I think I might have an odd combination of traits. I am splayed, wide set, and center full. My cleavage is triangle shaped. About three finger separation at top and a hand's width at bottom. I have almost no tissue on top and am full on bottom. Bras tend to flatten me and shove tissue toward my armpits. Being center full and soft tissued, I think bras are flattening the fullest part of my breast and then driving the soft tissue towards my armpits. I'm assuming the industry doesn't make a lot of gores that are very wide at the bottom?

  • Hope you find something that fits! Regarding how wide a gore might be at the bottom of the cup, while this isn't a measurement that you can get directly here, you can look for bras that have V-shaped underwires instead of U-shaped. Ewa Michalak bras are a great example of U-shaped wires - which is why they work very well for people who need narrow wires and a narrow gore. V-shaped wires tend to usually be more popular for people who need wider cups - so as you are wider set, a wider gore could be a good thing to look for. It will often mean that the gore is wider at the bottom of the cup as well. The best would be to do a search by measurements, with gore width and maybe cup depth or your usual size.
Regarding having inner fullness, you're right that it tends to most often come together with being close set (although of course it doesn't have to) - which means some of the recommended bras for inner fullness might not work. In the end, to account for depth one will need more fabric in a certain part of the cup, which is unrelated to how the cups are connected to each other.
The combination between wide bottom of the gore and inner fullness is something that I also need, and I've found a great fit in Gorsenia bras, both the soft cups and the padded half cups. It's true that I'm in a different size range (36GG-ish), so I don't know if it's different in your size, but might be worth looking into.

  • JulieCS Thank you! I'll research the V shaped wires. I didn't even know they existed so that's very helpful. Do you mean search by cup separation? I haven't figured out how to search effectively here by measurements, but I'm experimenting. My size is either a 32G or a 32GG. I think I can use a bra that fit all right in some ways and go from there. One boob is several cup sizes larger so measuring is tricky and why I started looking for FFs, then Gs, then GGs based on feedback and fit checks. But I think being splayed, wide set, and inner full with very soft tissue makes finding good bras extra hard. Though I was half hoping someone would see this and reply, "No. This is so common. Here's what you should try." They still could I guess. I'll go look at Gorsenia too. Cheers.
