Boston Proper

I am wondering who here has tried this brand for clothes. I have bought a few items, and have gotten some cute things. I would say they definitely market towards well endowed women, as most of their tops and dresses feature cleavage, haha. They make a lot of trendy items, but that you can easily wear a bra with, which I appreciated. I also found that there was enough room in their tops and dresses that I didn't have to size up, or buy loose items. On the down side, I don't think their quality of their materials is great, from the small sampling I got, but I wasn't really buying it to be in my closet forever, more-so to enjoy wearing while it is in style.

  • Just clicked on the website to check it out, saw the prices of the dresses and clicked right back out lol. Considering the price, it’s a shame they aren’t higher quality based on what you said. I’ve wanted to buy some things from Bravissimo’s clothing section for a long while but haven’t due to fear of the item not consisting of high quality fabrics for the price.

  • @Happy2BraShop Regarding Bravissimo clothing, I've had quite a few things from them and I've been happy with the quality. I just looked now through my old orders on the site and I still have (and wear) a blouse I got from them 6 years ago lol! It's a synthetic fabric and it isn't in my daily rotation but still looks good - I hadn't realised I have it already for so long. Another one which I've worn quite heavily looks basically like new after a year. Of course, other items haven't survived that long (pure cotton fabrics aren't that durable), but from a quality point of view everything has been quite in line with what I'd expect for the price. A couple of things I did send back because the materials didn't look good irl, but in those cases the comments had already warned me about it but I ignored them :)
