Are those definitely gone ?

All in one girdles. The "old school" ones not the craptacular bodies we get now.

First hand experience, IMHO they were and still are a delight to wear. All stays put no matter what, no cutting bands, collapsing wings or falling straps. Super self-ensurance providers, dresses fall and look better on various body types. With a tremendous seduction potential.

Still available, better consider before it's suddenly really too late... Just saying.

  • I love vintage/vintage looking undergarments. These days tho I have a hard time finding anything that fits my measurements without it being custom.
Funny story. My grandmother told me she met my grandfather while taking care of him in the military hospital around the start of WW2. She was his nurse and he referred to her as “the nurse with the rear end that doesn’t wiggle”. Lol she said she has just gotten a new girdle the day she met him lol. I laughed so hard at that when Grandma told me that story. Girdles always make me smile and think of them and how their love story started lol.

  • Oh!! I just tried some on at a vintage-inspired store while on vacation!! I'll have to try to remember the brand! They had from the waist down, but also full-body ones as well. Of course, full body can be difficult, as not everyone is the same shape, so the bust might be too big or hip too big. I am shaped like a pear, so while the hips were super squeezed, I couldn't fill out the cups even with a bra on. But I do like the concept of them. :)
