I would definitely ask Human Resources if they have any guidelines you could go by. I worked in a lax office but frequently wore basic straight leg slacks or “cigarette pants” I think they call them. Flats for shoes and lightweight thin knit tops both long and short sleeve. Usually a basic blazer over top. I also wore simple pull over blouses that weren’t too low cut. In winter I wore thicker knit sweaters. For work I dressed more conservative. I kept my pants and blazers a dark neutral color like black, charcoal gray, navy blue and my tops were flattering colors to complexion. Blouse patterns were usually basic and nothing too wild or over the top.
If i were in your position, I would probably wear a structured white T Shirt with fitting or straight cut pants, cargo pants etc.
