  • Hi Emily! There are plenty of molded cup underwire designs in your current size range--are you having trouble finding ones that you find attractive and comfortable? What styles have you looked at and/or tried so far? If you are on a budget, Amazon is a pretty good option since you can easily do free returns and exchanges.

I don't think anyone else can tell you what size form you would like best... it depends how large a size increase you are looking for! If you only want a moderate increase a pad or chicken cutlet might be better because forms, per se, are usually going to make quite a big difference. If you do want a significant increase then you may want to look at the product specs for various forms to see the actual dimensions in inches... the labeling of their sizes may not be very meaningful, depending on the brand and their sizing classification system (breast forms, pads and the like will often claim to be "for B or C cups" or "DD-DDD cups" but that's sort of meaningless given that BRA cup sizes are volumes that are relative to band size--so a 32DD bra cup will typically fit a breast that is 8.5 inches around or so, whereas a 38DD is for a breast closer to 11 inches in perimeter).

  • The best bra for you is hard to say, as it can vary by person and individual needs. Some brands cater to wider breasts, others to narrower breasts. Some to shallow and others to projected. Usually you need to try a few brands and style, let us know how they fit (what works and doesn't work with them) so we have something to base our suggestions on.
If you added your existing bras with photos and reviews noting the pros and cons of each, it would be helpful. (We wouldn't want to suggest a style or brand that wouldn't work for your breast needs! ) You can also do a fit check after adding your bras to get a better analysis of your fit issues with specific models etc.

Size preference would really be a personal choice. It would depend on what you would feel most comfortable with, and if you are wanting to draw attention to them or if it is just for you. Making a list of your reasons (for youself) may help you decide. Consider getting a bra in each size and trying them out to see how you like them on your body. Filling baggies with rice to fill the empty space is a good way to test it, and socks or other fabric can work as well. This would let you know before buying forms.
Depending on your location (US, UK, etc) you may be able to test run a few bra sizes easily either in store or through online retailers like Amazon who offer free returns on many clothing items.
